Who qualifies
If Zonolite attic insulation was installed in a structure that you currently own or rent, or that you previously owned or rented, and you incurred expenses associated with the removal, abatement, reinsulation or containing the insulation, you are eligible to submit a claim for reimbursement. The Trust applies to both residential and commercial buildings.

About this settlement
W.R. Grace has funded the Zonolite Attic Insulation Trust to reimburse claimants for legitimate property damage claims associated with the removal, abatement, and/or containing the asbestos-contaminated vermiculite insulation.
