Travelers Insurance has agreed to a class action settlement to resolve claims that it misled New Mexico policyholders about underinsured motorist (UIM) coverage. The Travelers Insurance settlement benefits New Mexico policyholders who had UIM coverage with Travelers Insurance between Jan. 1, 2015, and Aug. 16, 2022.
